Every special event is a one-time event to remember. We understand the demanding process you have to plan, coordinate and execute and what it takes to make it sensational. In order to help you make your planning effortless we’d like to share with you some tips.

Arrangements Checklist Tips:

• Please consider sufficient space for each person to avoid feeling cramped. 
• Set two small aisles on either side of the center. Large center aisles take up prime viewing real estate.
• Check for adequate air and comfortable air temperature.
• Arrange for adequate acoustics and acoustical support so people can hear
• Place entrance at rear of room to minimize coming and going distractions. 
• Provide signs on outside door(s) and inside identifying the event and time.
  
  

Room Set up and AV needs:

• Wireless microphone, hands free
• At least 2 audience microphones.
• Raise the speaker with a podium or platform so those in back can see. 
• Locate screens, projectors and related visual equipment so audience can see 
• Check flip chart use and wall space for the display of filled pages.
• Test equipment for working order (video, projectors, monitors, audio players, wiring and cabling).
• Provide vanity curtain for speaker's table to hide their stuff.
• Provide name tags and/or name tents for attendees and presenters.
